Problems with the installation of your plugin

    Hello, I installed your plugin to test it, but I already had Yoast Seo installed, which generated a conflict in my wordpress, because it makes my list of posts look like this (image 1), please I need you to help me solve it, since all this happened since I installed your plugin.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the installation of our plugin. It seems that having both Rank Math and Yoast SEO active at the same time is causing a conflict on your WordPress site.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend that you deactivate Yoast SEO since it can lead to conflicts when used alongside Rank Math. You can do this by going to your WordPress dashboard, navigating to the Plugins section, and clicking on Deactivate next to Yoast SEO. This will not delete any of your data; it will simply turn off the plugin.

    Once you have deactivated Yoast SEO, please check if the issue with your posts is resolved. If you need to import your SEO settings from Yoast to Rank Math, we have a built-in feature that allows you to do so safely.

    If you continue to experience issues after deactivating Yoast, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    This does not solve the problem, I need to continue using my previous plugin, your plugin made my list of entries unconfigured, it did something that I did not ask for

    First, you shouldn’t use more than one SEO plugin at a time on the website because of conflicts. So, you need to choose to use either Yoast SEO or Rank Math for your SEO needs.

    As for the issues you are experiencing, it’s likely that you have so many columns because both plugins are enabled that you cannot see all of them correctly and when this happens you need to change the screen options at the top of the page and deselect some of the options.
