1. Are the tags indexable? You can check from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags
2. Please head over to Posts > Tags and check if you have set your tags to noindex.
3. If you have not assigned any of your tags to any of your posts, please enable the option to include empty tags in Rank math > Sitemap Settings
Please note that we do not recommend making the tag archives indexable. Please only do it if you know what you are doing. Else, your best bet is to keep tags set to noindex and don’t create their sitemaps.
We also recommend submitting only the main sitemap URL on your GSC(i.e. sitemap_index.xml). The other sitemaps are usually crawled from this.
