Hello,
We apologize for the issues you are facing with the SEO basics in Rank Math. It sounds like you’re encountering problems with the focus keyword not being recognized properly in the SERP fields, which can indeed affect your SEO score.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
-
Check Focus Keyword Placement: Ensure that your focus keyword is included in the SEO title, URL, and meta description. You can refer to our guide on how to optimize these elements:
-
SEO Analysis Tool: Use the SEO Analysis tool in Rank Math to identify any other potential issues that might be affecting your score. This tool can provide insights into missing focus keywords or other optimizations needed.
-
Revisit Content: Make sure that your content is relevant to the focus keyword and that it appears naturally throughout the post. Sometimes, even if the keyword is in the title and description, if it’s not present in the content, it can affect rankings.
-
Permalink Structure: Double-check your permalink structure to ensure it includes the focus keyword. If you need to edit it, you can do so in the post settings.
If you’ve gone through these steps and are still experiencing issues, we recommend replying to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. They will be able to provide more tailored help based on your specific situation.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you achieve a better SEO score soon!

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience that might have been caused by that.
Please note that Rank Math looks for the exact match of your focus keyword with the meta title, description and content.
The focus keyword you’re using has dash (-
) on that but the meta title and description don’t have that which is why the tests are getting failed.
You can try to copy the exact words from your meta title and paste in in the focus keyword filed to see if that works for you.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hey there, Siam, I hope that you are having a really great day. I just wanted to tell you, I follow with this device as you mentioned, taking out the dash.
I’m setting the Focus keyboard on the meta title and meta description, the problem is that URL I don’t set the focus keyboard on the URL
Because as I do the URL will be extremely long in length, therefore here are my questions: why, if I follow your instructions step by step about Rank Math, has there been a change, but in the worst case, because before the SEO
The ranking of the site SEO went to 83 from 100, and I know it’s on 79 from 100. Besides this, those rank math like content just the blocks like the Gutenberg Editor, or can take the CPF custom post fields from Jet Engine, like the content
Because, as you can see, I have set the focus keyword at the beginning of both the CPF from Jet Engine, I’m in the space of the dynamic field to show itself in Elementor by a dynamic tag
But even like this, nothing has changed in SERP

Hello,
Please note that the score in Rank Math is not the direct basis for how your content is ranked.
Scoring higher points in Rank Math’s tests won’t guarantee higher rankings.
These tests are only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your pages/post content, and they are just guidelines that one does not need to follow religiously. If you feel any of them don’t apply to your page, please feel free to ignore them.
Also, the score in the SEO Analyzer tool is based on your homepage and the whole structure of your site:

Looking forward to helping you.
Ok great Reinelle, but in terms of the (focus keyword) in the content, doesnt work with Jet Engine, or ACF or Metabox etc, just works with blocks like (gutenberg)?
Best regards
Daniel
Hello,
JetEngine comes with native integration for Rank Math, so your dynamic content can be read and analyzed by Rank Math to offer more relevant SEO suggestions:
https://rankmath.com/kb/crocoblock-integration/
Also, the ACF module is built into our plugin, and when you enable it, it allows Rank Math to read and analyze your website’s content added using custom fields. You can follow our guide to activate ACF compatibility: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-custom-fields/
Looking forward to helping you.
