Hi,

I already open 2 request for the following problems:

1- Redirections are not working
I have created redirections for blog posts but they are not working.
Can you help me to understand what I am doing wrong?

2- Not saving changes on keywords, titles or anything related to RankMath
I had a problem like this before, but it was only on one post, and now I can save it on any page. Whenever I save the post and refresh the page, it returns to the old version.
The firewall is not the problem.I already check it.

1. The screenshot that you shared is not opening.

Can you please share the screenshot using https://imgur.com/?

However, you can follow this guide and recreate tables:
https://rankmath.com/kb/recreate-missing-database-tables/

Once done, try adding Redirections.

2. Please check if you are using a Firewall, as it may prevent saving the changes.

If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

The problem is that rankmath doesn’t recognize the theme that we use on the website!

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hello,

We would like to conduct a plugin/theme conflict test to see if there are other plugins in your website that may be conflicting with Rank Math’s redirection feature.

However, I troubleshooting plugin tool isn’t working well on your website, the changes I made from the backend weren’t reflected on the frontend.

Are you able to create a staging website on your end? If you can, please create one, reproduce the error there and share the login access here, this will allow us to deeply investigate the issue and resolve it permanently.

Unfortunately, this option is not simple for us to do;

For the redirection, I found a solution for it.
However, I still can’t save the changes to some posts.
Could you also not solve this problem?

Hello,

The login link you shared is still pointing us to the login page of your website.

Could you please make sure that you are creating a login link for at least 3 days to make sure it doesn’t expire while our team debugs the issue further?

The issue with saving the data is usually related to a firewall but if you are sure it’s caused by your theme please share the name of the theme and we’ll also test it on our end.

Unfortunately, the temporary login you shared is still not working as it just redirects us to the login page giving us no access. Please refer to my video screencast in the sensitive data section.

Could you please verify?
