Have you checked the firewall logs and increased the variables mentioned in the error message already?
When this happens it’s likely that the server resources are being exhausted on your installation and causing the save to fail.

the error message it is really misleading but I checked everything and there is no resource problem.
everything starts to work and the problem disappears as soon as I disable rankmath plugin.
as stated in the first message if we use an older version of rankmath 1.0.75 the problem disappears.

We have seen this happening on some installations with the Firefox browser and switching helped clear the error.
If that’s not the case here, then the only recommendation we have is to check the variables mentioned in the error message once again and try to increase them or optimize the server to better handle the available resources so the data can all be saved.

As stated in the previous emails we do not use firefox.
All the value mentioned are already very very high so it’s not an issue caused by resource exaustion.
We have seen that there are other users in your support forum that have exactly the same problems we have. Disabling rankmath or using rank math 1.0.75 solve the problem, we ask you to further investigate the issue since we already configured everything with the new rankmath version.

We lost google indexing for most of our products!
Now only 3 products are indexed on google while we used to have all products listed!!!
Please fix you plugin!
In order to continue to update shop products we removed the divi editor from the woocommerce items.
If you need to test the problem we need to create a dummy product.

We have this issue reported to the dev team, but we cannot reproduce this error on any of our setups, and most people that report that error is caused by the server resources being exhausted or the Firefox browser causing this issue.
This issue would also not cause any indexation problems on your website, so we recommend that you check your GSC Coverage Report and see if there are reports of any issues on the product that are getting deindexed.
We also checked your sitemap via Googlebot and it’s not seeing any content in there so we recommend that you check if the website is not being blocked by your firewall.

We have no server issue (plenty of resource and correct variables values) nor we are using firefox.
We checked the coverage report and there are no issues with the products removed from index. I checked the sitemap both the index sitemap https://lightshunters.com/sitemap_index.xml and the product one https://lightshunters.com/product-sitemap.xml and they are both fine.
The product one contains all our products.
The website it’s not blocked by the firewall rules and GSC it’s reporting success status on our sitemaps.We do have firewall that blocks IP after one unsuccessful login so you might have had one unsucessful login blocking your ip.

When we try to access the sitemap via the Googlebot we see this error:
This might be something temporary but that’s what we were referring to previously as it seems that Googlebot is not seeing the sitemap correctly.
Regarding the other issue, the message itself is quite clear in terms of what the error means. This could be caused by the plugin trying to update all the data after saving and reading the content, but either way, that message clearly states what the issue is and it traces back to the server resources situation.
As we mentioned before, there were some false positives in Firefox but if you are not using Firefox we can assume this is correct and there’s something in the server resources area causing this as the message indicates.

As far as I can see from GSC all the sitemaps are loaded correctly, or at least google says they are loading. All the prodcuts seems to be indexed correctly but are not shown in the product tab. All this has happened since we first reported the editing problem with rankmath/div/woocommerce. Before that everything was working correctly.

Regarding the situation, with Divi and WooCommerce we have made some changes recently to the plugin that should be released fairly soon to the public and those might help mitigate this issue.

The problem was not solved so we decided to disable divi editing in woocommerce products as a workaround.
Let me know when you think rankmath fixed the issue so we can enable divi based woocommerce products.
