    Depuis quelques semaines déjà mes statistiques sont à 0 alors que je le connecte à la google search console a mon avis au bon endroit. Malgré mma déconnexion, réautorisation des autorisations auprès de google etc, rien n’y fait. Je désespère un peu, Pouvez-vous m’aider s’il vous plait?

    J’ai déjçà executé toutes les tâches que ma donné l’aide en ligne avant de vous demander de l’aide et ouvrir un ticket

    If you do not see any data inside your Analytics module, this guide might help you.

    A. Pre-check List

    #1. Update to the latest versions of Rank Math Free: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
    #2. Ensure that you are logged in to your account:

    #3. Disconnect and reconnect your account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    #1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    #2. Re-create tables by clicking WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    #3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

    Allow all the permissions on the next screen.

    #4. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes.

    #5. Now head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button.

    #6. Please check if the data shows up here:

    If that does not help, please paste the data from here:
    WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click the Copy System Info to Clipboard button

    In this case, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:

    Step #1.
    First, add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:

    Step #2.
    After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

    If in your case, you do not see the Scheduled Actions menu, then you can try visiting the following URL:

    
    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

    Ensure that you replace yourdomain.com with your own domain in the above link.

    Step #3.
    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.

    You can use a tool like Dropbox/Pastebin for debug log files and share the generated links here.

    We checked your website, and it looks like the Corn jobs on your site are not working properly, and that’s why the pending scheduled actions are not able to run on time:

    Please note that in order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.

    We suggest you discuss this with your hosting provider and make sure that the cron jobs work consistently and the scheduled actions don’t miss any of their schedules.

    However, for now, you’ve manually fetched the data on your website and they started showing on your Analytics Dashboard:

    In order to solve the issue permanently, we suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider and fix the Cron jobs issues.
