Then, clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

Once done, clear the website and browser cache and check again.
If the issue persists, check if you are using a Firewall, as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data. You can check this link for more information:

Could you please perform a plugin conflict test and see if there are other plugins or your current theme that might be conflicting with Rank Math? You may follow this troubleshooting guide to do that: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I logged into your staging website’s admin area upon investigating, I found that the plugin “MetaSlider” is causing the issue here and also restricting the preview of the general tab of SEO Meta Box.
As I disabled the “MetaSlider” plugin, the snippets started saving properly.
Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket and get in touch with the devs of the above plugin as they might already have a solution for the issue and they would be in a better position to assist you.
