Hi, in this website the sitemap is not visible with the url https://clubdetenispontevedra.es/sitemap_index.xml
-
Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap not being visible. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
-
Check if the Sitemap is Enabled: Ensure that the Sitemap module is enabled in Rank Math. You can do this by going to Rank Math Dashboard → Sitemaps.
-
Validate Your Sitemap: Use the Validate XML Sitemap tool to check if your sitemap is correctly configured. Enter your sitemap URL and click VALIDATE SITEMAP.
-
Check Your .htaccess or Nginx Config: If you are using an Apache server, ensure that your
.htaccess
file has the correct rewrite rules for Rank Math sitemaps. If you are using Nginx, check your Nginx config file for the appropriate rewrite rules. You can find the necessary rules in our sitemap issues guide. -
Ensure Posts Are Set to Index: If all your posts are set to noindex, your sitemap may appear empty. Go to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and ensure that the Index checkbox is enabled for your posts.
-
Check robots.txt File: Make sure that your
robots.txt
file is not blocking access to your sitemap. You can check this in Rank Math SEO → General Settings → robots.txt.
If you have tried these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with any additional details or error messages you may be encountering, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Hello,
Thanks for contacting Rank Math support. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
Please follow the steps below to see if that works for you.
#1. Please update the plugin to the latest stable version.
#2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp#3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin from caching. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#4. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Here’s how you can add filter/hook to your WordPress site:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/Once done, please clear your website cache and check the sitemap again.
Let us know how it goes. We look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
The issue on your site is caused by a plugin conflict.
When the troubleshooting mode is activated, with only Rank Math activated, the sitemap images are loaded correctly without those wrong image locations:
We are unable to proceed due to the sheer number of plugins on your site. Kindly refer to the following guide to complete the troubleshooting and determine the culprit:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
I was checking right now. And it is due to having a blurb module with no background over a column with an image background…. This is really bad functioning…
I just put a background opacity on the blurb of 0.01 and fixed……..
Hello,
We are glad that you managed to resolve this.
Can you please confirm if you still need our assistance with this issue or anything else?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
