Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO keywords and the 404 page hits.
Regarding the keywords, if you are only seeing three keywords in your dashboard, it may be due to the settings in your Rank Math configuration or the way the keywords are being tracked. We recommend checking your keyword tracking settings to ensure that all your desired keywords are being monitored properly. You can refer to our guide on making the most of the analytics in Rank Math for more insights.
As for the 404 page receiving a lot of hits, this usually indicates that users are trying to access content that no longer exists on your site. You can manage these 404 errors through the Rank Math 404 Monitor. If you want to convey to search engines that certain content has been deleted, you might consider serving a 410 HTTP status instead of a 404. For more information on handling 404 errors, you can check our guide on solving redirection issues.
If you have further questions or need more specific assistance, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising your concerns!

Can you please confirm if you’re referring to the keywords in your analytics dashboard? If so, please follow the steps below to fix the issue:
1) Make sure that you are using the Advanced Mode of our plugin. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard. In the top-right corner, click on Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/#switch-advanced-mode
2) Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the
Rebuild Index
button. After that, check the Analytics page in the plugin again if you are seeing the correct report.
and also me 404 page has alot hits
Please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can try to fix these errors by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/
To block out access to bots, you can use a service like Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/). Cloudflare is a web security and performance service that can protect your site from malicious bots and attacks.
You may also refer to this guide to learn more about the advanced 404 monitors as this will give you further insights: https://rankmath.com/kb/monitor-404-errors/#how-to-use-404-monitor-information
Looking forward to helping you.
I did it but it’s still the same
Hello,
Please note that the keyword data is fetched from your GSC account. Our plugin only shows the keywords ranking in the top 100 positions. Please check your GSC account’s performance section and make sure there are queries that are ranking in the top 100 position for a timeframe of the last 30 days.
Looking forward to helping you.
When I click the rebuild option in the status the total keywords is now 0 and the position is 80, can you please we do meet or see my rankmath setup? to what is wrong?
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
The analytics data (keywords) are now being imported:
Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thanks, but i have checked my website dashboard it show me 0 Search Impresion, 0 Total keywords, and overall optimaztion is 54 the Good is 0 why is that happen in my dashboard it’s different in your dashboard?
Hello,
The stats are deleted after the fetch is complete. Please confirm if you have recently removed the old URLs or changed the permalink structure of the site.
Looking forward to helping you.
Yes, I have change the Title, permlinks and meta for every page I want to redesign my whole website When everything is setuped from your side I will activate the Coming Soon page and start the redesign process Thank you so much! Really apperciate
Hello,
Yes, this is the reason for the difference in stats. Rank Math analytics uses your permalink (page URL) to match the analytics data to your WordPress pages, hence the difference.
We hope this helps clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Yes helpful but I need to see the new changes of data I fell that I did fault I will happt to see the keywords, impressions… aynalytics brother Thanks
Hello,
Since all data is directly coming from Google, you would need to wait for Google to recrawl your entire website since you just changed its permalink structure.
Once Google gathered enough data, it will then be reflected in our plugin’s analytics dashboard. Please give it some time.
Looking forward to helping you.
