    hello, I wanted to upgrade my pro version against the BUSINESS version
    but when I clicked a window appeared and when I wanted to pay it canceled my pro version for a free version.
    I couldn’t even pay, I don’t understand?

    I received the confirmation email.
    but I did not pay

    I don’t want that to harm you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your subscription was put on-hold automatically as there were two failed upgrade payments and subscription was upgraded to Business. Next payment retry will happen tomorrow.

    We can downgrade your subscription back to Pro or we can activate Business subscription manually but it will be deactivated soon if upgrade payment doesn’t go through.

    Please let us know what we should do.
