Problem with Rankmath (404 errors)

    Hello, I’m contacting you because we have a problem with Rankmath:

    Every month or so, all the collections on my wordpress website get a 404 error, without even a warning. To solve the problem, we have to deactivate Rankmath each time and reactivate it right after so that the site works properly again.

    We noticed that in rankmath’s 404 monitoring there was an error at the “cart.json” level, maybe the problem comes from here, I don’t know. Can you please help us as this is very annoying for us and our customers.

    Please note that we only report 404s, and we do not have information on how or why they are generated.

    You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/monitor-404-errors/#advanced-404-monitor

    That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.

    You can also add them to the exclusion list at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor > Exclude Paths.
