Problem with Rank Math Overview

    Please see screenshot link: in sensitive data.

    How to get these analytics stats to work?

    In the dashboard, I have selected my property in the Rank math analytics, I have also done the Search Console Verification Page…

    It is always at 0.

    I have also tested the install the analytics code in the dashboard too – that also doesn’t work.

    please help.

    (Are there any official trouble shooting steps I can take to see what needs to be done in order to get this working? Thanks)

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    Hi Reinelle,

    Sadly, it didn’t work after doing exactly what you said.

    I have also included what may be the report of it in the sensitive data section.

    I will retry it again and update you.

    Any further suggestion at this point would also be appreciated.

    Hello,

    It seems some tables are missing on your database.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO

    2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
    advanced mode

    3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    Once done, go through the previously shared steps to refresh data
