Dear Support Team,
I have a problem with my Pro-Subscription for RankMath. For some reason, it shows as active in my linked websites overview. But in the subscriptions overview, there are no active subscriptions and the invoice from July 2025 seems to have been refunded.
Now, I have tried to subscribe again with your Buy-Now-Button. However, there seems to be a technical issue with the FastSpring checkout process (please refer to attached screenshot).
I cannot finalize the payment. I have tried with different payment options.
Can you please help?
