    Of the email addresses you shared we cannot find any PRO subscription on any of them and the website that you mentioned should be connected to a PRO subscription it is not.

    Please share the receipt from the purchase you’ve made of the PRO plugin so we can locate it from our side.

    Thank you for your reply. How is it possible that I have the pro features if I do not have a subscription?

    Since we do not see any Rank PRO subscription on the accounts’ emails you shared, please search and forward the FastSpring receipt to us.

    Also, the PRO version can be used on an unlimited number of personal sites, so you don’t need to have multiple subscriptions. However, if those sites are clients’/third party sites you will need either a Business or Agency subscription.
