    Hello. I’m having trouble with multiple email addresses. When logging in and using RankMatch Free, I logged in using the [1] account. When purchasing the Pro version (Order ID: [2]), I selected PayPal as payment, and the system automatically retrieved the [3] email address, which is registered to PayPal, and used it for payment. Could you please merge these accounts (addresses) and transfer the payment for the PRO account to the [1] login address?

    The email 3 is not associated with any Rank Math account.

    However, email 1 is used to purchase the PRO subscription and associated with this account.

    The purchase of the PRO subscription is completed but on rare occasions, it takes a little while for the system to set up and reconcile payments. Our team is currently looking into this, and you should have access to the PRO subscription soon.
