problem with login - Support

Rank Math free

Hi,
I just set up a RankMath acct and I can’t log in. I got the email confirmation and attempted the login with the username
[Username moved to Sensitive Data] with the password [Password moved to Sensitive Data]. The error message I received was a problem was encountered and to contact support.

Can you help?

Could you please share the error log with us?

Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

If you are not sure where that is, please ask your web host and they should be able to help you locate the log files.

After I click the Login button, the following message appears at the bottom:

“Something went wrong, please contact us.”

I transferred your login information to the Sensitive Data section.

Are you referring to the RankMath.com login page? If so, I tried logging into your account using your username and password and I have no issue logging in.

If this is about connecting your plugin to your Rank Math account, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
