i did not find out, where in wordpress i can check the subscription and the linked account?
now i reactivated the license (this is strange, that i can not really see in the wp-admin that my licence expired. I disconnected and connected again, but same problem.

The tracked keywords are already updated in your account. You can also check it on your dashboard:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
In this case, head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > and click the Remove Transients button

Once done, reconnect your website to your Rank Math account in Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab.
