I checked the affected post and I can confirm that the featured images and the content images aren’t indexed on the SERP.
I also can confirm that the images are already optimized and the alt tags provided.
The images are also counted on the sitemap page:
In this case, itβs up to Google if they wish to include this image on the SERP.

But the post you can see appears on search results with its keyword. Why images are not? When I move from Yoast to RankMath it’s working well but the last month I got this problem and It couldn’t be resolved by any SEO experts.

A post that is helpful does not necessarily mean that all the images/ALT texts included are also helpful. Also, there is no rule that a ranking post should have its images indexed/ranking.
I suggest you closely follow the best practices for Google Images from this guide and hopefully Google would index the images in the future: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/guidelines/google-images

Alright, But from my last 230+ articles, they indexed both at the same time images and posts. But after that, I am facing this problem. I think it’s not a logic, content are indexing and images are not ππ.

Since there is nothing wrong with your SEO setup, there is nothing you or we can do other than wait for Google to decide to index your images. Indexing is completely up to Google and if they decide not to index a post or its images there is nothing anyone can do to change that.
Please follow the guide shared by my colleague and wait for Google to decide to index the images.
