Suggestions from 1-4 wasn’t helpfull. regarding the suggestion 5, I do not know how to remove it with coding ( i don’t know class name for posts, pages and categories list.

The section you’re referring to is the HTML sitemap feature of Rank Math.
To remove it, head over to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > HTML Sitemap > Display format and change the page or select the Shortcode option to remove it from your homepage’s content
