The openingHours is a property of the Local Business Schema:
https://schema.org/openingHours
If you test that page with the Rich Snippet Tool (https://search.google.com/test/rich-results) you’ll see that those errors don’t appear so this seems like a false positive from the software you are using for testing that.
Even Google accepts the properties the way they are currently set up from our plugin on your pages, so that tool should also be able to test that the results comply with the Google guidelines.
For the Phone number, you can add the phone number according to your country prefix.
