Then, using this tool: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html, double-check that your sitemap is operating properly.
In addition, the rules in your robots.txt file are incorrect. To update it, please refer to https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-edit-robots-txt-with-rank-math/.
Whether you are unable to change the file, please check the root folder of your website to see if an actual robots.txt file exists and edit it: https://rankmath.com/kb/cant-edit-robots-txt/
After that, delete all previously submitted sitemaps from your GSC account and resubmit your primary sitemap (sitemap index.xml) to Google.

I checked the search results that you shared with us. It looks like there are 2 separate pages that are showing up on this keyword. One is your homepage and the other is a contact page.
If you don’t want to display a particular page in the search results, you can optimize its SEO settings via Rank Math. Use different keywords than the one you have used on the homepage. For more detailed instructions, you can read these posts:
