It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

We can edit using the plugin but if something breaks – the WP backend will not be accessible and we will need to revert the edits using FTP to bring your website back.
We will need to troubleshoot the code and try to see where the issue might be coming from. On our test install, everything looks perfect.
