Is there a max execution time or memory limit?

Thanks for the question.
This is not really a recommended limit for this since the value will be dependent on the size of your page content. Under normal circumstances a max_execution_time of 360 should be sufficient.
Please get in touch with your host so that they can check the logs to be sure that this is what is causing the issue.
