    Hello, RankMath Team

I previously opened a ticket two weeks ago and the problem was not to archive the site on Google. Here is the link for the previous ticket: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/problems-archiving-the-site-in-the-google-search-engine/

Today I return to open a ticket in the same way that my site does not accept archiving on Google. When I log into Google and type site: mywebsite.com, I find it only Archive pages and does not archive posts. I tried in every way to understand the problem. But I do not understand what is going on. Please help me with what you can. Note that the posts on my site are exclusive and do not have copyright.

    Thanks, RankMath Team.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I’ve checked all 9 post URLs on the sitemap and they have already been indexed and added to the Google cache. Could you please let us know if there are some post that are missing from the sitemap?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have checked it and it happens also here, not all your posts are indexed. But others are. You should keep in mind that it is not guaranteed Google will index your posts.

You have to do all that you can to get them indexed (like the on-site and off-site SEO, the sitemap…) but the final decision is done by Google.

Since you say you have been waiting for a long time, have you tried to check the not indexed URLs in Google Search Console? There you can ask Google to index them.

Also, you could try to build some backlinks and do some off-site SEO, so it might help to get those posts indexed.

    Looking forward to help you.

I have tried in all ways to archive all of my site’s posts on Google, but it doesn’t work. I think there is a problem with the site code, I think

    Hi Khalid,

There is no problem with the code. Code doesn’t discriminate so if there was an issue – it would be happening on all posts.

I see 77 indexed URLs as per Google.

Let me know which URL is not indexed by Google so we can check in more detail.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

All the posts robots data has been configured correctly for all the affected posts. I can suggest that you give these a couple of days so that Google can crawl the rest of the pages.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thanks, the RankMath team for your help.

I would just like to ask a question about the changes you have made on the site. Do I have to make these changes whenever I post posts to my site?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

No it is not necessary to perform these step after a publishing a new post. It is however imperative that you ensure that your server and caching plugin is not caching the sitemap_index.xml

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
