I tested the URLs with https://httpstatus.io/ and both the URLs are returning 503 errors.

I also tested the homepage of your website and it is also returning the same error.
Another point to be considered here is that both the URLs contain query strings/parameters (?lang=ar). The redirection manager of Rank Math is unable to redirect URLs with query strings. This is something that we plan to implement in the future.
If you have to redirect URLs with query strings, you may use htaccess redirections for now.
However, as 5.x.x are server errors, please get in touch with your web host regarding this as they would be able to assist you regarding the errors.

If you specifically want to redirect the URL with the parameter, then, unfortunately, this redirection cannot be achieved with Rank Math’s redirection manager.
In this case, you can either use htaccess redirections or another Redirection plugin.
