    Hello Prabhat,
Thank you for your response. I tried to do the steps you asked me to try, but unfortunately it still gives me the same error 🙁

    Hello,

Could you confirm if you’ve filled all the fields in the book schema? If not, then please fill the fields and see if the issue gets fixed.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include the Affected URL, WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Is there anything new regarding solving my problem?

    Hello,

The error you are seeing in the Rich Results testing tool is a false positive. It looks like the testing tool is not recognizing the encoded URLs properly. This testing tool is still new and it doesn’t support all the schema types including Book. Please check here the list of all the supported schema types: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7445569?hl=en#supported_types&zippy=%2Csupported-types

You can instead use following tool to check the Schema types which are not supported by the Rich Results testing tool: https://validator.schema.org/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fhagamofeeda.com%2Fbook%2F%25d8%25af%25d9%2588%25d9%2586-%25d9%2583%25d9%258a%25d8%25b4%25d9%2588%25d8%25aa%2F

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you.

    Hello Pratik,
Thank you for clarifying, I didn’t know that schema.org is more accurate.

    Hello,

We’re glad that we could address the concern.

The Rich Results testing tool is fairly new and doesn’t support many schema types including the Book schema and hence only a part of that schema was being evaluated, which then lead to the error.

On the other hand, the Schema Validator tool supports the Book schema and evaluates it fully and hence no errors are returned.

Hope this helps and if you have another question in the future, please feel free to reach out, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.
