Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the option Add Missing ALT attributes? If so, please note that these options are not added to images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc.

If you’re not referring to that option, please also provide a screenshot using this tool and include the affected URL to further check. You can add them in the designated sensitive data section.

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
