    Our agency has a business subscription but when I download RankMath plugin in WP it defaults to the free version and doesn’t give an option login or upgrade with our subscription information.
    Our busniess subscription is under the username Mark147 and the email is m***@s*********.

    To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Disconnect Your Website: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help in your WordPress admin area and choose Disconnect Account. This will disconnect your website from the current Rank Math account.

    2. Reconnect Your Website: After disconnecting, you should see a notice to activate your license. Click the Connect Now button on the same page, which will redirect you to rankmath.com to activate your license.

    3. Activate Your License: In the Plugin Activation dialog box, ensure you use the same account associated with your Rank Math Business subscription (username: Mark147, email: m***@s*********). Select your license and click the OK, ACTIVATE NOW button.
