Problem can’t change settings

    Hello,

    Thanks for your great plugin ! I’ve a problem, i can’t at all make any change on the general settings. On the pics (sensitive data), you can see that i’ll click on “Save changes” (it’s written in french as i’m french) and then i’m redirected to an error page. Changes are not made of course, and it’s a real problem for me. Do you know what i can do ?

    I give you my system informations in sensivite data.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please check if your website has the ModSec (ModSecurity) feature enabled in your server as it can block the saving module from Rank Math. You can get in touch with your web host for assistance with this process.

    If so, you can disable that and check if the issue still persists on your site. If it does, this suggests that the rules that have been set are blocking the requests from our plugin.

    If the issue still persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
