Hi – I am having the same issue. I need to have my password reset. No matter what I do, I cannot connect this account to activate it via WordPress. Please help.
I simply get a message telling me to “Contact Rank Math” when I ask to reset my password via the “forgot pw’ link

I encountered a similar problem. Even after I reset my password, I still cannot activate my account. After I went through the wizard process, I saw a seting page. After I opened another page and reopened the Rank Math page in the admin panel of WordPress, I was asked to activate my account again.
Please help me solve this problem.
