Pro version stopped working

    Hello.

    I am sure I had a Rank Math PRO version. But now, it stopped working, (won’t update), and when I go to login here on your site, I don’t see any transactions, like I never had it (but I did).

    Can you please check it out where the problem is, and if the subscription has ended I would like to renew it. It is just strange to me that I don’t see any previous transactions, also, I am pretty certain that a year hasn’t passed from me taking it.

    PLease let me know

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section
