    It has been 24 hours since providing you proof I have paid for the Pro version and still no resolution. This needs to be resolved immediately!!

    Going on 48 hours since providing you proof of paying for the Pro version and no resolution on receiving the plugin. If this is not resolved by Monday morning I will be forced to have my bank reverse the charge paid for the Pro version not received. If there is anything I can do to resolve this, please tell me. The account I have with RankMath was registered with the email of j*******@g******** and have received emails from you at this address. I have also received emails from you at j*******@o********** that is where I got confirmation of payment to you. I hope this get resolved so I do not have to reverse the charge paid.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
    paid account rank math

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
