Pro version not showing

    Hi. I bought a Pro subscription back in June and the RankMatch plugin on my main blog shows as Pro, but when I log into the account I see a free license.

    My user name is theycallmehoz (this is the account that shows a free license, yet my blog has the pro version).

    Any help is much appreciated.

    as I use your plugin on several of my blogs, I’m not 100% certain which it is but it’s likely to be t************@g********

    I bought the license on 08/06/2021

    Alternatively, it would be e@j******************

    Hello,

    It looks like the purchase was made from your account linked to email ID e****@a*********

    You can log in using that ID at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Alternatively, you can reset your password from the same page as well.

    We can also merge your accounts if you prefer. We just need your preferred email ID for that and we will keep only that one active.

    Once you are logged in, please check this guide on how to activate your PRO license on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/
