Hello,
We apologize for the issues you are facing with your Rank Math PRO account and the visibility of your site in search engines.
Regarding the PRO version not showing in your account, it’s possible that you may have upgraded using a different email address. To resolve this, please reply to this ticket and include the email address you used to purchase the PRO version or a screenshot of the invoice. Our support team will assist you in merging accounts or changing the email associated with your PRO plan.
As for the search engine issue, it seems like there might be a configuration problem with your site settings. Please ensure that your primary language is set correctly in the Rank Math settings. You can check this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Localization. If you continue to experience issues, please provide your site URL in your reply so we can assist you further.
Thank you for raising these concerns, and we look forward to helping you resolve them!

Where Is My Rank Math PRO License Key?
i didn’t find the localization field, for the pro problem I used the same email m******************@g********
i didn’t get any answer from you guys
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Your Rank Math PRO purchase was done using this email address: m******************@g********
Please use that email address to connect login to your Rank Math account and activate the PRO version on your website.
If you want, we can merge all your accounts and consolidate all the settings and subscriptions data into a single account to avoid confusion in the future. Just let us know here if you want us to proceed with that.
As for your SERP issue, please note that Google will show only relevant content on the SERP for the search intent so this all depends how well your content is optimized.
Also, Google uses a machine learning algorithm to generate the sitename for your pages based on other information it has collected about your website and your industry.
I would suggest keeping mentioning the desired title on both the title of the page and the schema structure (which our plugin automatically adds after configuring the Local SEO settings in Rank Math > Titles & Meta).
Lastly, please go through the Google guidelines about the site name to help you increase the chances of displaying the desired site name on the SERP: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/site-names
Looking forward to helping you.
