Hello, I have transfered the domain from blueboots.blog to domain loscrittorecurioso.it.
Somehow the pro plugin is installed but is not active. My bank account shows a payment for the renewal of euro 89,54 made on 11/11/2024 but I see no subscription on my rank mah account.

DanaWhat kind of website infrastructure do you have that cannot see current payments and negatively affects users? Are your websites not synchronized? Do users have to search for something in the mail? How can we be sure that you can do the SEO work you claim?

I am telling you I have a subscription plan for your pro version and you are automatically charging us on 11/11 every year. Because the domain has been changed and emails cancelled I cannot have access to the account where the pro version was purchased.
The username was : mark-3128 with email m***@b***********.
Our website is just a blog where we write travel stuff; I specified it at least 3 times, you could have a look and see for yourself it does not “negatively affects users”.The fact is we are still paying for the pro version and we are not using it.
So, I asked kindly to please check up about my problem so I can cancel my automatic renewal and have a reimbursement.Waiting for your reply.

DanaDude, I’m a customer like you. I bought a new subscription, but the subscription I bought is nowhere to be seen and the money has been debited from my account. I think there is a problem with their website. They serve with different websites but they are not synchronized. On the user control screen, the subscriptions we have purchased are not visible even though we have paid. Their support service is slow and annoying. they ask a question and then disappear for another day. i canceled.
Well that’s interesting….I thought I was communicating with customer service and I get messages from random clients here. Such a waist of time.

Steps to be followed:
1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.
You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
