1. Please make sure that both the Free and PRO plugins are updated: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
2. Try clearing your browser cookies/cache, and access the website again.
If those steps don’t help fix the issue, get in touch with your hosting provider as they will likely be able to provide some more insights upon inspecting the error logs of the server. Usually, 5xx errors are related to server errors.
You can also check if PHP values are not too low to handle the processes.
You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

I have cleared cache and purged CDN cache as well on Azure, both plugins are fully updated
