    I had paid for the Pro version but I dontr see this in my account and I can
    not update
    Your site is very confusing … where do I dowload the Pro Version

    I get the following error message
    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central I Dir Record signature

    How do I get pasws the above error .. I update 15 Plugins your is the only one that has this error

    We can see that you only have 1 active subscription, which is Content AI Starter Plan.

    Please note that Content AI plans differ from our Rank Math PRO subscription.

    Your Rank Math PRO subscription expired last year on November 17, 2024.

    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.

    However, in your case, it’s possible that you have changed your payment method too late or for some reason renewal doesn’t work and the subscription already expired. You can purchase a new subscription from our site:  https://rankmath.com/pricing 

    It will not affect your site’s SEO setup and all the settings and data will stay the same on your site.
