Pro Subscription Renewal Failed?

    Hi,

    My Rank Math account was due to renew in January. I received an email before to say my card details needed updating, so I did that right away in FastSpring and assumed all was well. I’ve just now gone to download my invoice and found that the renewal did not take place, and my Pro Subscription is no longer active without any warning whatsoever!

    I have been a long-time Rank Math customer and have not had issues like this before. Can you check what happened and make sure my current USD 49/year subscription is renewed as soon as possible and that this doesn’t happen again?

    1. Login to FastSpring Checkout:

      • Check your inbox for an email from our Rank Math SEO team with your unique login link to FastSpring. Choose the Click here to manage your orders link option.
    2. Cancel and Reactivate Subscription:

      • Once logged in, open the Subscriptions tab, click the Manage button, and choose Cancel Subscription following the instructions provided in the email.
      • After canceling, you can reactivate your Rank Math Pro subscription by following the same steps outlined in the email.

    Since the subscription was not renewed on time the only way to get the PRO subscription again is by purchasing a new one from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing

    Please note that even if the subscription was renewed in January you would get the updated price we have at the moment because the $49 per year pricing was just a very special offer for a very limited time.
