Pro subscription renewal

    Hi Rank Math team,

    I hope my email finds you well.

    This morning I was charged for a new-year subscription despite the fact that I use the free version for a long time now for my site uedufy.com and had no knowledge of having a pro subscription going on.

    I feel super dumb for not checking this earlier – I thought it was a one-year subscription without renewal back in 2022. Now I see on my RankMath dashboard that I’ve been paying since without using the plugin on top of which I’ve just got a new renewal for another year today.

    Could I kindly, KINDLY ask for a refund, please? Yor plugin is no doubt best on the market. However, my site generates no income and I am currently going through a very hard time financially speaking.

    Thanks so much for your super prompt reply – highly appreciated.

    Though I would love to, right now I simply cant afford it 🙁 so a refund would be super welcomed!
    I will continue to use the free version until things change for better hopefully and upgrade to a paid plan again.

    Hello,

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
