    I have a pro account but it is not shown in the website listed in my account in rankmath.

    Moreover, I cannot change the subscription data.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math PRO account not being shown in the website list. This typically happens if the website is not connected to the correct Rank Math account.

    To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Disconnect your current Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and clicking on Disconnect Account.
      Disconnect Account
    2. After disconnecting, click on Connect Now to reconnect your account.
      Click Connect Now
    3. Ensure you select the correct account associated with your PRO license and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
      Activate Rank Math PRO Subscription

    Once your website is successfully connected, it should appear in your Rank Math account area. If you continue to experience issues or cannot change the subscription data, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    I cannot select any subscription type in the site shown after pressing “connect now” in wordpress.

    We need to see the order number that starts with RANKMATH2#####-####-#####

    You can also share the last 4 digits of your card along with the last name where you see the FastSpring charge in the sensitive data section.
