PRO subscription not showing in my account

    Hello Rank Math team,

    I recently purchased the Rank Math PRO plan, but my account is still showing as FREE. I may have logged in using a different email address than the one I used during the purchase.

    Could you please help me either merge the accounts or update the email address associated with my PRO subscription?

    Hello, thank you for your reply.

    I confirm that I used the exact same email address for both my Rank Math account and my PRO purchase. I completed the purchase from within the FREE dashboard, so there is no chance I used the wrong email.

    Please manually apply the PRO license to my account.
