Pro subscription not showing in account or on websites

    Hi there,

    My RankMath Pro subscription renewed on February 15th but is not showing in my account under subscriptions (there are zero subscriptions showing there), and on the two websites I have connected it says the plugin is RankMath SEO free, despite having pro connected. None of the Pro functionality is working on my websites. I have disconnected and reconnected the sites, and it looks like the issue is on your end.

    Additionally, the last three years of invoices are *not* showing on my RankMath dashboard.

    I have only ever had one RankMath account, and it’s like the payments aren’t connecting to my account.

    Please advise.

    Here’s how to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account:

    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
    2. Click on Disconnect Account.
      Disconnect Account
    3. After disconnecting, click on Connect Now and select the correct account associated with your Pro license.
      Click Connect Now
    4. Finally, click OK, ACTIVATE NOW to activate your Pro subscription.
      Activate Rank Math PRO Subscription

    If you have already done this and the issue persists, it may be necessary for a human agent from our support team to investigate further.
