    Hello, I had a pro subscription that was set to renew on 9-24-24 for 73 dollars and now I see it did not renew and to get the same service turns out it is now well over 200 dollars. I want to keep that service but 200 dollars seems excessive. it is quite a bit more than twice the price, Can you assist me with this? Order ID: RANKMATH230925-5761-39272B

    Unfortunately, if your subscription has already expired, you may need to buy it again on our pricing page as our renewal option does not apply to expired packages.

    How did it expire? The credit card info is the same

    The subscription didn’t renew because you canceled it on September 19th, 6 days prior to the renewal and as such when the date of the renewal was reached the subscription was canceled.

    clearly we made a mistake since we use it a lot. If you cant help us that is no problem we only need the schema anyways we can get another solution for a lot less. Thanks anyways
