I’ve checked both of the email addresses you have shared, and there’s no subscription applied to either of them, so it might still be pending on PayPal.
Could you please check the transaction details and see the transaction status mentioned at the very top:

If that says anything other than complete, then the payment is still pending and the subscriptions won’t be added until it’s processed.

Well I just paid for a second subscription with a credit card. I show the invoice in Account 1 but no pro and prompted to upgrade.
So I have paid 2x through 2 different channels and still don’t have the product.
This doesn’t bode well for a long term relationship.

The Rank Math PRO subscription is already applied to your Account 1 email address (Gmail). Please use that email to log in to your paid account.
Once you log in, you can download and install the Rank Math PRO plugin to your website/s. Here’s a link for more information:
