Pro Renewal Did Not Take Effect

    I renewed our Pro subscription earlier this year, however, my account does not reflect as such. I checked the receipt/invoice from the transaction and for some reason it shows a transaction amount of $0. I don’t know why this happened and am hoping to resolve.

    Please also note that there are two payment methods associated with this account (I don’t know how this happened). The one that was used for the Contente AI credits is not the payment method to use for the Pro subscription renewal.

    FastSpring, our payment processor, tried to charge your payment method but failed.

    It will not affect your site’s SEO setup and all the settings and data will stay the same on your site.
