PRO Purchase Not Reflected in Account or WordPress

    Dear Rank Math Support,

    Yesterday, I purchased the PRO version of Rank Math SEO through the “Upgrade” button directly in the WordPress dashboard. However, the purchase is not reflected in my Rank Math account, nor is the PRO version activated in my WordPress site.

    Here are the details:

    Email used for purchase: i***@m*************
    Date of purchase: August 3, 2025 (via WordPress admin – ApplePAY)
