    Hi i have purchased the pro plan and made the payment but the server lot lost and amount has been debited from my card.

    We have heard from our accounts team, and they said that the payment didn’t go through and it was declined by your bank.

    Please call your bank to reverse the payment that has been debited from your account.

    Hey, we have check our bank transection but we did get any refund of that amount. Request to check on urgent basis it getting to much delay in response.
