PRO Not Activated – Same Email Used for Purchase and Login

    Hi Rank Math Support Team,

    I purchased the PRO plan on July 17, 2025, using the email: t**************@g********

    I’m also logged in with the same email address, but my account still shows the Free plan. I can’t download the PRO plugin or access any PRO features.

    I also already tried to log out and log in and also disconnect the account and connect it back, but there is only free version available.

    Please help activate the PRO subscription for my account.

    As explained before. We have only 1 rank math account and we are logged with the correct email. So I really do not understand where the issue is and how to resolve it.
