    Hi Rank Math Support Team,

    I purchased the PRO plan on July 17, 2025, using the email: d**********@g********.

    I’m also logged in with the same email address, but my account still shows the Free plan. I can’t download the PRO plugin or access any PRO features.

    Please help activate the PRO subscription for my account.

    Here are the details:

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response. I followed the steps to log out, disconnect, and reconnect my Rank Math account in WordPress using the email d**********@g********. However, my account still shows the Free plan and I’m unable to access any PRO features.

    Attached is a screenshot of my account dashboard where the subscription is missing.

    Please help me activate my PRO subscription.
