PRO license not showing – account displays Free License

    Hello Rank Math Support,

    I purchased a Rank Math PRO annual license, but in my Account page it still shows Free License, and PRO features are not active.

    I have already tried the following steps:

    Logged out and logged back into Rank Math from my WordPress site (Rank Math → Dashboard → Help → Disconnect/Connect).

    Deactivated and reactivated the plugin(s).

    Verified that my WordPress site is connected to my Rank Math account.

    Could you please help me connect the correct license to my account?

      Click Connect Now

    3. When prompted, ensure you select the correct account and choose the appropriate license from the drop-down menu if you have multiple subscriptions.
      Activate Rank Math License

    4. Click OK, ACTIVATE NOW to activate your PRO license.

    If you have followed these steps and still do not see your PRO license, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further.

    Hello,

    We were able to find the Rank Math PRO subscription under the info@gre*****.*e email address. You can log in to your Rank Math account using this email address and follow the steps mentioned in this guide to install the PRO version of the plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    However, if you want, we can merge your accounts so that you can keep the preferred email address active. To do that, please send a request using the info@gre*****.*e email address and the preferred email address on which you’d like to use your account.
